The 27-year-old Oyster Bed woman was allegedly more than double the legal limit and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 18 to answer to the charges.

There was actually one other drunk driving incident two days before that, Nov. 23, when police say a 32-yearold Nine Mile Creek man was intoxicated when he lost control of his vehicle on Route 12 in West Devon and rolled over into a ditch.

A passenger in the vehicle was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries, while the driver will appear in court in February after allegedly providing breath samples of more than double the legal limit.
