Teresa was born in Sydney, Nova Scotia and was adopted by the MacEachern family of Glace Bay, where she grew up surrounded by the love of their growing family. At 18 she followed her best friend Flo to Toronto where she met Ivan and raised her family. Teresa had a successful career with Imperial Life for over 35 years and retired with Ivan to North Rustico. There they were able to spend their time relaxing and enjoying the east coast lifestyle with her extended family. Special thanks to those who gave their support and love during her lengthy battle with cancer over the years. Whether it was driving her to her many appointments, helping her settle in at Villa Marguerite, visiting frequently or just having her out for short visits, this was deeply appreciated by her family. They would also like to thank the staff and community at Villa Marguerite for their exceptional care and appreciating Teresa’s unique personality. As mom would say, “anyway...”.
