Predeceased by her parents Alfred and Mabel (Murray) Carew, siblings Frances (Merton) Gamble, Louise (Sam) Silliphant, Lloyd (Margaret) Carew, Anna (Wendell) Rodd, Harriet (Allison) Frizzell and John Carew, as well as brothers and sisters-inlaw Amy (Chalmers) MacLeod, Verna (George) Dixon, Ivan (Bertha) Frizzell, Priscilla (Preston) Woodside, Doris (Art) Bull, Reta (Ewan) Todd, Roy Frizzell and Leslie (Hazel) Frizzell. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Tuesday from Sherwood Church of Christ at 1:30 p.m. Interment later in Breadalbane Cemetery.
