Charlottetown Rural High School

Charlottetown Rural High School is excited to host its second installment of Raider Night on Feb. 15 from 5-8 p.m. Storm date is Feb. 20.

This event evolved out of a need for the school to come up with a unique fundraiser to support its extensive student learning opportunities. So it has developed an evening for people in the community to enjoy a Raider experience through food and exploration.

For $10 community members will be treated to a roving food experience, prepared by Raider Culinary 801 students in collaboration with students from the Culinary Institute of Canada. This feast will include food stations positioned throughout the school, which will nourish and delight visitors as they discover the skills and talents of CRHS students.

A cake auction will also be held during the evening. Tickets can be purchased through CRHS students or through Charlottetown Rural Student Services office. Call 902-368-6905 for further information.

Limited tickets are available. Students are reminded that second-semester classes begin today, Feb. 5. Go to your firstsemester homeroom class to pick up your new timetable. Ensure that all texts, library books, uniforms etc. have been returned.
