RCMP investigating collision

West Prince RCMP is investigating a two-vehicle collision that resulted in one man taken to hospital Saturday night.

The collision was reported shortly before 7 p.m. and saw Island EMS transport a 28-yearold man to Prince County Hospital in Summerside with a possible broken leg, said RCMP.

Police said one of the vehicles had made a left turn and hit the other vehicle, which had the right of way. Criminal charges may be possible.

Police also noted the weather and road conditions were poor at the time of the collision.

The drivers involved were the sole occupants of both vehicles.
