DEALING WITH DEBT

A recent poll by MNP LTD shows 85 per cent Canadians would rather give up favourite things than seek debt help, including: eating at home instead of going out for dinner for a year - 45 per cent; working 10 hours of overtime weekly for a year 27 per cent; foregoing three years of vacation - 26 per cent; cutting up credit cards and doing without them for 5 years - 24 per cent; giving up votin for eight years - 21 per cent; seek professional debt help from a licensed insolvency trustee: 18 per cent.
