Peacefully with her family by her side at Atlantic Baptist Nursing Home, on Monday, March 12 of Gladys Reid of Charlottet­own, age 96. Dear wife of the late

(1995). She is survived by four children,

Joanne Reid

(Gerald MacNeil), Stirling (Jennifer),

Helen MacCormack (David Wrathall) and Carol Reid (Jim Trainor); five grandchild­ren Jeff Guignion (Wendy Nicholson), Suzanne Guignion (Diana Hetheringt­on), Alex Reid, Rob (Lisa) MacCormack and Dan MacCormack. She is also survived by five great-grandchild­ren Justin Guignion (Tia Saville), Zak Guignion (Tatyjanna Steeves), Sam Guignion (Savannah Johnson), Brandon MacCormack and John Williams, and one great-great-granddaugh­ter Atlas Guignion. Also survived by special family friend Steve Burden. Her family has always been blessed by her guidance, love and integrity. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment later in Bay Fortune Cemetery. If so desired, memorials to the PEI Humane Society or Provincial Palliative Care Centre would be appreciate­d.
