Technology controls lives

-

Technology has invaded almost every aspect of human life and I personally think that human enslavement to technology has already occurred and it is just demonstrating that humans are becoming more dependent on technology and developing an addiction for it.

I agree that technology has proven to have some benefits in our lives, such as alleviating us from doing harsh work which could harm our body such as lifting heavy loads and is now done by automation.

But what is frustrating is that with the structural unemployment, many people are losing their jobs. Being exposed to technology has been proven to affect the human lives.

Technology which just keeps on evolving while I am writing about it and nowadays it has made humans like zombies since without it, people feel empty.

In today’s world, the addiction of social media is the main reason why people feel more lonely and depressed and statistics show that depression among the millennials keeps on being an upward trend.

It is true that technology has helped us gain more time and achieve more things in our life, but I just feel that we are missing so many things and time is passing by so quickly.

This topic is one prevailing around the world and this angers me that our health is getting more deteriorated with technology and we cannot do anything about it.
