Jehovah’s Witness’ convention a ‘resounding success’
More than 2,800 delegates from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and P.E.I. took part in the annual regional convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses at the Moncton Coliseum over the weekend.
The three-day convention is one of 25 conventions being held in 20 locations across Canada.
In critical times, courage is needed at school, at work and when tragedy strikes.
Through talks, interviews and multimedia presentations, the program stressed how Bible principles can help people face such challenges.

On Sunday morning the Biblebased discourse, “The Resurrection Hope Imparts Courage – How?” helped all to strengthen their conviction in the Bible’s promise of seeing their dead loved ones again.

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more attentive audience.”
In the final talk of the event, the speaker encouraged all to continue to be courageous. Jehovah’s Witnesses believe when people courageously uphold Bible principles, they will be happiest.
These sentiments were echoed with extended applause.
