Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Saturday, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Peters Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Peters Bay. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the IWK Children’s Hospital or the Children’s Wish Foundation. The Funeral Mass for Catherine “Kaye” Holland was celebrated at St. Pius X Church, Charlottetown with Fr. Maurice Praught proclaiming the gospel and delivery the homily. First reading was proclaimed by Yvonne Poirier. Second reading by Brenda Picard and Prayers of the Faithful by Jass Poirier. Music provided by St. Puis X Choir, organist Karen Power and song leader Eileen Flanagan. The Processional Hymn was Lord of All Hopefulness. Psalm: The Lord is My Shepherd. Offertory: Here I Am Lord. Communion: Bread of Life and Recessional: Amazing Grace. The Urn Bearer was Carolyn Brown, Kaye’s daughter. Interment at the Sherwood Cemetery.
