A series of four stress relief workshops will be held on Fridays, 7-8:30 p.m., on Sept. 14, 21 and 28, as well as Oct. 5 at the Martha Spirituali­ty Centre at SDU Place on Great George Street in Charlottet­own. They are led by Louise Carota. The fee is $25 for the four sessions.

Cards/Cribbage/Crokinole The Seniors Active Living Centre, Bell Aliant Centre UPEI is having an Auction tournament on Sept. 13. Registrati­on is at 12:45 p.m. with the tournament starting at 1 p.m. Admission is $5 for members and $6 for non-members. There will be a 50/50 draw as well as prizes for first, second and third.
