The Seniors Active Living Centre, Bell Aliant Centre, UPEI, will be

having a Brown Bag Lunch on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 11:30 a.m. UPEI students will be here to discuss reasons why we should be physically active and provide ways to be active at home as well as give some stretching exercises that can be done.
