A big shout out to all the students and teachers that took part in the pep rally. Students enjoyed a variety of activities including a pie eating contest, dodge ball and dancing. Kudos to the student council for organizing the event.

Westisle is hosting its first ever Wake-a-thon on Friday, Nov. 30. Be sure to read next week’s news article for more information.

Over the past few weeks there have been many opportunities for students regarding secondary school programs such as the AARO tour that Grade 12 and 11 students attended.

This was an expo designed to give students the opportunity to speak with various colleges and universities. The Grade 10 CEO classes also attended a session Explore all your Options that was hosted at the Alberton Holland College Campus.

Over the next several weeks there are many universities visiting Westisle to speak to our students.

This is an excellent opportunity for Grade 12s to meet with representatives and ask any questions they may have about their program of interest.

See guidance for more details.
