Introduction to Sound Yoga starts Nov. 28, for a five-week session. Pay for the complete term or pay a drop-in fee. Learn how to use your own voice for stress reduction and healing. Using joyful chants and wisdom songs from around the world to bring peace and calm to the mind and body. No singing experience is required. Fundraisers

Spring Park United Church is holding a giant bake sale at the Confederation Court Mall on Friday, Nov. 29, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., near the TD Bank. There will be lots of home baked goodies including cookies, squares, cakes, pies and tea breads. Jams, jellies, pickles and fudge will also be on sale.

Capture the Queen of Hearts is at the Fort Augustus Rec Centre, Fridays, with doors opening at 6:30 pm. Tickets are sold until 8 p.m. for a chance to win a growing jackpot.

The annual St. Pius X CWL Christmas Tea and Bake Sale is Saturday, Nov. 30, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the MacKenzie Room, lower level of the St. Pius X church on St. Peter's Road, Charlottetown. The facility is wheelchair-accessible. The luncheon admission is $5 each. Proceeds are in aid of Christmas charities.

Board games are played at the Seniors Active Living Centre, Bell Aliant Centre, UPEI, on Thursdays, 10 a.m.

The Seniors Active Living Centre, Bell Aliant Centre, UPEI, is having an Auction tournament on Thursday, Nov. 28. Registration is at 12:45 p.m. with the tournament starting at 1 p.m. Admission is $5 for members and $6 for nonmembers. There will be a 50/50 draw as well as prizes for first, second and third.

Cash bingo is at the Montague Legion Br. 8, 15 Douses Rd., Thursdays, 7 p.m., with a 50/50 draw, a progressive jackpot, canteen service and complimentary tea and coffee.
