The Heritage Social Dance Group

at Beaconsfie­ld holds its annual December Dance Party on Dec. 6, 7-9:30 p.m., at Beaconsfie­ld’s Carriage House, corner of Kent and West streets, Charlottet­own. Dances will be from the Scottish country, English country and old-time traditions. Visitors without previous experience will be invited to join in several of the simple dances. The Carriage House will be festive, and there will be light refreshmen­ts following the dancing. This is the last opportunit­y to dance with the group until early March.
