Dogs can beat the heat with a free treat Sunday

We haven’t quite hit the dog days of summer yet, but we are getting close to a day for dogs in the summer.

Sunday is National Ice Cream Day, and PetSmart has decided that dogs shouldn’t have to miss out on all the fun. The Stoney Creek PetSmart location at 1779 Stone Church Rd. E. will offer complimentary servings of dog safe ice cream to help dogs beat the heat.

The free ice cream samples for dogs are available while supplies last during Sunday’s regular store hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
