July 20th Cruise-In with Mil­i­tary/Vet­er­ans ap­pre­ci­a­tion night

July 20th cruise night theme at Pier 4 Park is ‘Our Mil­i­tary Wounded and Vet­er­ans Ap­pre­ci­a­tion Night’ Sup­ported by: John Weir Foot Ar­moury – James Street North. It will fea­ture mil­i­tary ve­hi­cles in­clud­ing spe­cial guests the NorthWall Mil­i­tary M/Cy­cle Club. Tonight’s on stage en­ter­tain­ment is our an­swer to Vera Lynn and the An­drew Sis­ters in a trib­ute by none other than ‘Sugar & Spice’. Plus our reg­u­lar in­ter­mis­sion singer Viva Ve­nessa. All pre 1980 clas­sic ve­hi­cles wel­come and those in­vited spe­cial in­ter­est ve­hi­cles who ap­plied. We have the usual 50/50 draw. Food, ice cream, door prizes, and Cruiser of the night award. The cruise is FREE to en­ter, but you may like to do­nate a ‘Loonie’ at the gate for a ticket for a chance to win one of a dozen door prizes called dur­ing the evening. All pro­ceeds we raise go to lo­cal char­i­ties. Gate opens at 4:30 p.m. to Dusk and en­try is only by the east en­trance. Go to the very bot­tom of James Street North and Guise Street. Turn left and go straight into the park next to the Le­an­der Boat Club.
