Proud of Trudeau’s Auschwitz emotions

RE: Trudeau uses Auschwitz visit to warn of intolerance (July 11)

Justin Trudeau spent three hours at this site of terrible human suffering and death. We are told he was “emotional, remained stoic, stone-faced through most of the visit” and said little. Obviously visibly affected, he needed to hug the Holocaust survivor as he received a kiss in return. His tears flowed freely. I am proud our PM showed such great sensitivity. Joe Benedetti, Hamilton
