CRTC should get tough with telemarketers

Still getting the annoying calls about duct cleaning, real estate agents, people selling windows? Telemarketers are not following, and in some instances, are completely ignoring the rules that the CRTC has put in place. Many companies have gone so far as to call five or more times a day, and taken to calling private cellphones. When does this stop? The CRTC needs to start enforcing and issuing fines more often and giving back consumers peace from unwanted and unsolicited calls. Natalie Repic, Hamilton
