Trump voter article was disrespectful

I found this article patronizing, self serving and disrespectful. A Hamilton Spectator reader reaches out to request his opinion be heard, and that he be treated with dignity, and he instead receives … the coffee was fresh and the cookies good.

With articles like this, it is not surprising that Facebook and Google are generating massive advertising revenues, while mainstream media struggles. Perhaps loyal customers should be treated better. Michael Feldman, Dundas
