Pa­suta back as chair of con­ser­va­tion author­ity

Coun. Robert Pa­suta has been ac­claimed for a third term as chair of the Hamil­ton Con­ser­va­tion Author­ity board.

Pa­suta was first ap­pointed to the author­ity’s board of di­rec­tors in 2007 as a city coun­cil mem­ber.

Santina Moc­cio, a ci­ti­zen mem­ber of the board of di­rec­tors, was ac­claimed a vice-chair for a third term. Moc­cio was first ap­pointed to the board in 2011.

Maria Topalovic was also re-ac­claimed as chair of the Con­ser­va­tion Ad­vi­sory Board.

In ad­di­tion, Lisa Burn­side has been named con­ser­va­tion author­ity’s new chief ad­min­is­tra­tive of­fi­cer.

Burn­side was the di­rec­tor of hu­man re­sources with the HCA be­fore ac­cept­ing the new post.
