How much do these new homes cost?

RE: The cost of retirement

I’ve been reading the ads and articles about these fantastic retirement homes. What I would like to see is an article of the monthly cost of living in one of these places. In my research, I don’t believe the “average middle-class” person can afford it. I receive a small CPP cheque and OAS, there’s no possible way I could ever dream of living in those places.
