Arcelor-Mittal Dofasco rallying donations for United Way

The employees at Arcelor-Mittal Dofasco have donated $150,000 to the United Way of Burlington and Greater Hamilton and are challenging the community to double that amount.

For every dollar donated by the community in February, the employee donations fund will make a matching contribution of up to $150,000. Over many decades, the employees at the company have contributed more than $20 million to the United Way. The Dofasco Employment Donations Fund began in 1943 as the “Charity Chest”.
