Driver drunk when he hit Mardi Gras crowd: police

Police said the man who allegedly plowed into a crowd enjoying a Mardi Gras parade Saturday in New Orleans had a breath alcohol level three times the legal limit after he was arrested. The New Orleans Police Department issued a statement Sunday identifying the man as Neilson Rizzuto, 25. Police say 28 people were hurt in the accident that had three people taken to the hospital with moderate to serious injuries. Nobody died.
