Revitalization breeds exclusion

RE: Poverty in Ontario

What happened to the pledge to end child poverty in Ontario? One billion dollars for a train to replace a bus? The money could be spent so much more wisely. My heart grieves for the children and families who have been forgotten and will soon have to move away from Hamilton because of revitalization and gentrification. Ironically, Hamilton is (was) the best place to raise a child because of the many government and charity programs that are unique to this great city. Jeffrey Wiersma, Binbrook
