Spoil­ing for a Bar Fight

Bruha, an en­ter­tain­ment and on­line ticket provider, is host­ing a “Bar Fight” on May 18. Lo­cal chefs Jonny Blonde (Jonny Blonde Kitchen) and Scott Bai­ley (City Farm Cater­ing) go head-to-head at Uno Mas, cre­at­ing cock­tails in three rounds using Tromba Te­qui­las and se­cret in­gre­di­ents Uno Mas chef Manny Fer­reira will em­cee the night and three lo­cal culi­nary ex­perts will act as judges. The au­di­ence will get to sam­ple the fi­nal round and help de­cide the win­ner. At 150 James St. S., 6:30 to 10 p.m. Tick­ets $25 and tax; in­cludes taco sta­tion plus one drink ticket.
