No casino, and no LRT gamble, either

RE: Don’t let LRT derail city’s renaissance (May 10)

Having lived and worked in Hamilton all of my 66 years I feel I have some knowledge of this city. The LRT debate has been festering in my side for too long. After reading Mr. Bratina’s article, I had to speak out. I agree totally with all of his points of concern.

We did the right thing by not allowing a casino in our downtown core and have progressed too far to gamble on a project that could put this great city under a dark cloud for many, many years! Rod Wilkinson, Dundas
