Company partners with university to map distribution network

Wolseley Canada Inc. has partnered with the University of Windsor to map the company’s distribution network. The team at the university will use information about the company’s points of supply chain contact alongside data on major highways and rail lines to build the software-based model.

Once complete, the project will provide the Burlington-based company with an interactive model of its supply chain operations. It will also provide graduate and undergraduate students in mathematics with realworld experience in their field.
