If I were a betting woman, I’d put every last dollar on the fact that my Spec’s depiction of this prestigiou­s event was the finest in the country. Can’t imagine how many hours by so many talented people went into this production and they must all be so justifiabl­y proud of their efforts. I remember so vividly joining the crowds on King Street in 1959 to see Her Majesty drive by and, as an aside, eventually learning that she and I were both “expecting”; hence our sons Andrew and Ian.
