Canada Day cel­e­bra­tions across Hamil­ton

Hamil­to­ni­ans came out in droves for Canada Day cel­e­bra­tions on Satur­day.

The Ot­tawa Street BIA hosted a Canada Day themed event on Ot­tawa Street with free cake and en­ter­tain­ment in the par­kette.

Across town, the Reg­i­men­tal Band of the Royal Hamil­ton Light In­fantry Band and the Ar­gyll and Suther­land High­landers Pipes and Drums per­formed out front of Dun­durn Cas­tle.

And Bayfront Park was host to a num­ber of events, cul­mi­nat­ing in fire­works over the har­bour set to an or­ches­tral ar­range­ment per­formed live by Mae­stro Boris Brott and the Na­tional Academy Orches­tra of Canada.
