Khadr was brainwashed

It is likely that Omar Khadr was brainwashed his whole life. I’d be willing to bet if any other Canadian boy killed someone his name would not have been made public, he would not have been tortured and imprisoned under such horrendous conditions or had the same length of sentence.

Have any of the people protesting heard of the conditions at Guantanamo? How many teenagers have endured this and how has Omar remained sane?

His lawyer certainly deserves payment for his great work on Omar’s behalf. Shirley Picken, Hamilton
