Send the daredevils an invoice

RE: Waterfall safety

-

If people do not obey the signs, fences and even the chance of a fine, they should also receive the invoice from the fire department and city for their rescue. This should not be the responsibility of the taxpayers.

There is a reason why the city has posted those signs and the fence. Too many people are acting stupid. Not only are they putting themselves at risk, but putting any rescuer at risk as well. If they choose to disobey, then they should suffer the consequences even it if involves large fines and invoices. Lynda Rees, Hamilton
