No drinking and boating

The Canadian Safe Boating Council and Hamilton Police Service are reminding boaters not to drink and boat through their annual “Operation Dry Water” initiative. Police will increase patrols and enforce the Liquor Licence Act and the Criminal Code on the August long weekend. Boaters are subject to spot checks and breath samples.
