The number of draft picks, plus rookie Cody Morgan, that Kingston sent to Windsor in a deal for Memorial Cup winners Sean Day and Gabe Vilardi early this week. That includes two in 2020 and one each in 2022, ’23, ’24, ’25, ’27 and ’28.

The number of days left until the OHL trade deadline. The cut-off for overage players (those born in 1997) is Tuesday at noon and Wednesday at noon for everyone else. And the trade freeze for players away at the world junior championsh­ip lifts Saturday after the tournament wraps up.

The number of Greyhounds who earned OHL player-of-the-month honours for December. Forward Morgan Frost, who leads the league in scoring, was named top player, while Matthew Villalta was named top goalie for a second straight month. Swedish defenceman Rasmus Sandin was named the league’s top rookie.

The number of games Sault Ste. Marie won in last month to extend its current winning streak to 23 games — two short of the OHL record set by the Kitchener Rangers in 1984. The Greyhounds tried to make it 24 in Mississaug­a Thursday.

The number of goals Adam Mascherin posted against Peterborou­gh — an OHL career high for the 19-year-old Rangers forward. A Florida Panthers prospect that goes into the weekend fourth in league scoring, Mascherin also extended a 14-game point streak in the 5-4 OT win.

The number of shots Mascherin’s teammate Luke Richardson turned aside in his first OHL shutout Tuesday — a 3-0 win over the Colts. The 18-year-old Barrie native has played in 29 games this season, his third in the league. He heads into Friday’s tilt against Mississaug­a with a 3.12 goals-against average and a 0.902 save percentage.

The number of spots Hamilton moved up in the CHL Top-10. After five weeks in the rankings, the team is now No. 6 in the country. Sault Ste. Marie held steady in the No. 1 slot, Kitchener debuted at No. 7, and Sarnia slipped to No. 9.

The number of wins racked up by the Spirit, the youngest team in the OHL, in their last 10 games. Despite being in rebuild mode, Saginaw started 2018 at 19-13-3, tied for fourth in the Western Conference.
