-

November 22, 1930 - February 17, 2018 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving husband, father and Nonno. Beloved husband and best friend to Vincenza (Cino), adoring father to Joe (Milva) and Sandra (Jaime) Garcia. Beloved Nonno to Benjamin, Nadia, Ella, and Alessia. Cherished brother to the late Giovanni (Cesira), Francesco (Christine) and Imelda (the late Mario). He will be missed by his sisters-in-law Angela Puglisi (the late Giovanni), Rosa (the late Gioavanni), Carmela (the late Calogero) and Giuseppina (the late Leonardo). Predeceased by his parents, Angelo and Candida (Artuso) Xamin. Mario will be missed by many cousins, nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. The family would like to thank the staff at Regina Gardens, Mohawk Trail, for all their care over the past 3 years. A special thank you to Erica Ventura for her extra special care and compassion. Another special thank you to the staff at the Juravinski for their compassionate care. Mario was born in San Zenone degli Ezzelini, Treviso, Italy and came to Canada in 1950 where he met his loving wife Vincenza of 51 years. He could always be found in his garden and spending time with his grandkids. Mario loved church and music. His quirky sense of humor will be greatly missed. Papa á Roma!
