KRUSTO, Patricia Lois (nee Enskat)

-

It is with extreme sadness we announce the passing of our amazing mother Patricia at the age of 84. Patricia was the eldest child of Daisy and Walter Enskat. Patricia was the loving wife and best friend to her loving husband and high school sweetheart Matt of 65 years. Beloved mother to Philip (predeceased 1972), Patricia, Perry and Matthew. Loving grandmother to Philip and Madeleine. Mother-in-law to Lynn, Leasha and Denise. Dear oldest sister to Bernice, Barbara (predeceased), Jennifer (predeceased), David (predeceased) and Hannah. Also, predeceased by mother and father-in-law Florence and Matt Krusto and sister-in-law Gail Oullette. Survived by brother-in-law Patrick (Caroline) and Paul (Andre) Krusto. Patricia was born in England and made the trek to Canada by boat at the tender age of five. Patricia attended Dalewood School and Westdale High School. She worked as a hairdresser for a while before dedicating her time to raising our great family. Mom was our biggest supporter in sports and loved coming to all our games. She was also a great cook and loved to joke and laugh with us. Mom had an exceptional knowledge of professional baseball and always let us know how the Jays and other teams were doing, and how they should be playing better. Mom was also so very proud of her grandkids Philip and Madeleine and their achievements in school and life.

Thank you Mom for always being there for us with your love and dedication, we will miss our chats and laughs with you. You are forever in our hearts. The family wishes to thank the many professional caring staff of Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice and Mom’s VON Nurse Victor, for providing care, love and compassion over the last few months. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice.

Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home - “William J. Markey Chapel”, 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Monday from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Memorial Service will follow at 6:00 p.m. For those who wish, memorial donations made to the Bob Kemp Hospice would be appreciated.
