Donation made for trees in Burlington

The City of Burlington has received a donation of $10,000 from Union Gas to purchase and plant trees around Upper Middle and Havendale roads. The donation will go toward a variety of trees to ensure biodiversity in the area. The trees within Burlington’s urban forest provide a wide range of environmental, economic and social benefits.
