This lovely spring weather is just fine by us. Slay this final weekend of April with our hand-picked list of things to do, see and eat in the London region this weekend.

THE FIVE

Art, gardening, music and shopping. There's something for every mood on this week's list of local happenings.

Upwithart. This auction and fundraisin­g event supporting Museum London and the Unity Project for Relief of Homelessne­ss is in its 14th year. Online bidding for the auction items, on display at Museum London, begins tonight and runs until May 4 at 9 p.m. Cap off the week with tickets to the arty-party on May 4 from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Banksy exhibition. This globe-trotting exhibition of Banksy's work, featuring pieces by famed British artist, is open in downtown London. The exhibition is inside the former Metropolit­an Department Store at 140 Dundas St., along Dundas Place and runs until June 2.

London civic gardens. Friends of the London Civic Garden Complex are holding their 20th annual greenhouse tour and open house on Sunday from noon until 3 p.m. There's a guided hike starting at 12:30 p.m. and a bunch of other displays to check out.

Old South Artisan Market. There's a pop-up market at Wortley

elementary school Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Swing by for food, fun and crafts and grab a gift for Mother's Day while you're at it.

London Jazz Festival. It's the final weekend to catch this local celebratio­n of jazz music. Rick Kish and Friends are playing at the Ironwood Kitchen and Bar at Kilally Road and Highbury Avenue at 7 p.m. Friday and the Rachelle Courtney Trio is there the following night. Catch The Jitterbugs doing their thing at Toboggan Brewing Co. on Sunday at 2 p.m. The festival runs until Tuesday.

FOR THE KIDS

How about a night out without breaking the bank? Check out these local spots where kids meals are on the house.

Palasad. Swing by the south London location on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for a free kid's meal with every adult entrée or pizza over $18.

Tiger Jack's. Let the good times roar at this longtime south London roadhouse. Kids younger than 12 years old eat free on Sundays with the purchase of an entrée of $18 or more. Available for dine-in only.

Mill Pond Tap and Grill. If you find yourself out in Dorchester on a Monday, this neighbourh­ood hangout has free kids' meals on Mondays. Just buy a regular-priced adult entree.
