Jasper RCMP investigate hit and run: Public’s help needed
On February 26, 2018 Jasper RCMP received a complaint of a Hit & Run involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
It was reported that on February 24, 2018 at approximately 1:00 PM, the victim was walking to her vehicle that was parked on Fir Avenue near the Tim Hortons parking lot. While opening the door of her vehicle, the victim was struck by another vehicle pt ha art kiwn ag sloet xi a tn indgw th as ecTri um sh Heo dr tons between the two vehicles. The driver of the suspect vehicle got out, had a brief conversation with the victim and then left the scene without providing any information.
The suspect driver and vehicle are described as followed:
- Caucasian female in her early 40’s.
- 5’6”.
- Thin build.
- Black curly hair.
- Black Jeep Cherokee.
