TransCanada places final section of 2017 NGTL Expansion Program into service
7ransCanada Corporation 7ransCanada today April announced its 1orthwest 0ainline /oop-%oundary /ake pipeline has been placed into service, completing the final section of its 01 (xpansion Program on the 129A *as 7ransmission /td. 1*7/ System. :ith the completion of winter construction activities, the 01 (xpansion Program represents a 1. billion investment in Canadian natural gas infrastructure, and connects low-cost, clean-burning natural gas from northwest Alberta and northeast %ritish Columbia to the 1*7/ System. 7he 01 (xpansion Program added approximately 0 kilometres km of new pipeline and additional compression facilities and increased the 1*7/ System capacity by approximately
