The Miracle

Eid ul Fitar Mubarak

- By: Nada

Ra Adam madan… the month of the 4ur’an the month of repentance thee month when we renounce worldly pleasures and hold ourselves in check the month when the soul is at peace the month of 4ur’an recitation, attendance of religious circles of knowledge, nightly worship and many you can from rewardable acts of worship and remember to continue even after Ramadan is over. Muslims across Canada and the world will be watching for the new moon after sunset on Saturday, June 24th, 2017, to determine the end of the fasting month of Ramadan and the celebration of (Eid-ul-Fitr) which will either be Sunday, June 25th or Monday, June 26th. The festive day of Eid ulFitr marks the end of Ramadan. It’s a time when Muslims visit one another strengthening the bonds of kin and friendship in the community. During this Holiday, Muslims greet each other by saying “Eid Mubarak,” meaning “Blessed Eid” and “Taqabbal-Allahu Ta^ atakum” meaning “May God accept your good deeds.” On this great and glorious day of ^Eid, it’s an occasion of happiness and joy. Only a couple more days remain, may Allah bless us with seeing and supplicating in the Night of Al-4adar ameen Brothers and sisters, do your utmost to capture all you can from what is remaining. As Muslims, collectively, we feel joy and happiness in this world when we apply all efforts to obey Allah and perform good deeds to gain reward and success in the Hereafter. Muslims have 3 Festivities: 1. Friday 2. Two Eids: Eidul Fitr and Eidul Adha. 1. When God created the heavens and earths in 6 days – Day 6 was Friday. On that special day, the last T PE of creation to be created in Paradise was – Prophet Adam, the first Human. He was created from soil of different colors and different textures mixed with water from paradise; this accounts for the various races and temperaments of people. All nationalities are descendants of Adam, Muslim men and women worldwide of all ages, races, colors, nationalities, social backgrounds, economic statuses, languages, and political affiliations are all united by their belief that No one is God but Allah and Muhammad is His Prophet and Messenger. Allah sent 124,000 prophets and 313 messengers, 25 of which are mentioned by name in the 4uran. All of whom were Muslims a and all were followers of Islam. None of th the Prophets were Jewish, Christian or other th than that. They were all unified sharing and a adhering to the same belief in Allah Subhanu wa ta^ala mentioned below and none of the Prophets worshipped other than Allah: • AllahA is Perfect; He has no flaws, no weaknesses and does not change. Change is the biggest indicator of weakness and weakness is not attributed to Godhood. Allah is perfect and has the perfect attributes that do not resemble the attributes of the creations in any way. • God created everything and does not need any of His creations. • Allah is one without a partner, this means that Allah does not have a gender; He is not “a Father” or “a Mother” and does not have a wife, a mother, a father, or children (offspring); He has no equal or partner. Allah does not divide into parts. No creation has “a part of Allah” in them, nor will any creation be attributed with Godhood. • Allah existed eternally before He created any of the places. Allah has always existed and there was no Paradise, no skies, no Earth, no ^Arsh (throne) or planets, no light or darkness, no upper level or lower levels. He is exiting now as He was before creating places – without a place. Allah does not have a body, not a large or small body; not a solid (human, ^Arsh-Grand Throne, trees, etc.) or intangible body (light, air, spirit) All creations need to be in a place because all creations contain physical matter. •God is eternal, without a beginning and everlasting, without an end. • Allah has all-encompassing Power absolutely everything and everyone. •Allah is unlike the creations in any way whatsoever (Surat Al-Shura, Ayah 11) – Everything you imagine in your mind Allah does not look like it in any way. •Allah sees and hears all the seeable and hearable things without eyes, ears, or any other organs or instruments. • Allah is attributed with life unlike ours – without spirit, blood, flesh, and bones. •Whatever Allah wills to be shall be and whatever Allah did not will to be shall never be. Nothing comes into existence without God’s will – no cure or illness, birth or death, supplication or Du^ah happens without the Will, Knowledge and Creating of Allah. Even if a person supplicated to Allah on the Night of 4adar, if what is being asked was not eternally willed to happen, the supplication will not be granted. Why? Because the Will of Allah never changes, not even for the supplication of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him who is the best. over Moreover, Friday also signifies the day that Adam was sent from Paradise to earth and it’s the day in which this world will come to its end, and the Day of Judgement begins. 2. As for the other two festivities that occur annually, the first of which is ^Eid al-Fitr celebrated immediately after fasting the month of Ramadan, and the other ^Eid is the day of ^Eid al-Adha after the completion of pilgrimage (Hajj). How relieved will you be as a believer on the Day of Judgment when you see in your book of deeds the reward you were granted for fasting the month of Ramadan properly, and adhering to its requisites and perquisites that Allah has ordained? How honored will you feel to enter a special gate in Paradise called “Ar-Rayyan” that is exclusive for those Muslims to enter who fasted Ramadan in this life? How grateful will you feel as a Believer on the Day of Judgement knowing you made all efforts to use your time and body wisely in obedience to Allah, by learning and teaching Religious knowledge in order to protect yourself and those you love from the severe torture of hell? Prophet Muhammad said what means: “The believer should always be diligent in acquiring the knowledge of the religion for this will surely lead to Paradise.” For this reason, I chose to include such valuable Religious knowledge (Tawhid) in this article, to honor the hadith of our Prophet (Peace be upon him), and spend our final days leading up to Eid Al-Fitr in acts of worship. Dear brothers and sisters, remember to fast the 6 days of the month of Shawwal in accordance with the Hadith, where the Prophet peace be upon him said, “whoever fasts the month of Ramadan and follows it with fasting six days of Shawwal, would be almost similar to fasting a full year.” It is not a condition for these six days to be in succession, they can be done sporadically throughout the whole month of Shawwal. In the end, I remind you that Imam alHasan, the son Aliyy may Allah raise their ranks said: “Every day in which a person has not disobeyed Allah, is a festive day for that person.” O Allah help us pray at night, fast and maintain family ties by the honor granted to our Master Muhammad, (Peace be upon him) and bless us with the opportunity to once again be blessed to fast Ramadan next year and gain from its tremendous blessings – ameen To Learn more authentic religious knowledge please visit: www.aicp.org and www.darulfatwa.org.au Takbirat of Eid is a confifififirmed confirmed Sunnah ( (recrecommendedd d good dd deed)d) andd it b beginsi i in th the night of Fitr until the beginning of the ^Eid prayer on the Day of Eid. It’s recommended to pay Zakat al-Fitr on the Day of Eid prior to Eid Prayer. Here in Canada the common staple food is ‘wheat’ and the zakat is 1 Sa^ (4 mudd) of wheat or its monetary equivalent (double handful of average man’s size hand) which is approximately 5 per person. One intends to give Zakat for his body for the sake of Allah and what is extra is Sadaqa. Allahu akbar Allahu akbar Allahu akbar La ilaha illallah Allahu akbar Allahu akbar wa lillahil-Hamd Allahu akbaru kabira wal-Hamdulillah kathira Wa subhanallahi wa bihamdihi bukratan wa ‘asila La ilaha illallah wahdah Sadaqa wa^dah wa nasara ^abdah wa a^aza junadhu wa hazamal-‘ahzaba wahdah La ilaha illallah Wala na^budu ila iyyah mukhlisina lahuddina walaw karihal-kafirun Allahumma salli ^ala sayyidina Muhammad Wa ^ala ‘Ali sayyidina Muhammad wa ^ala As-habi Muhammad Wa ^ala ‘ansari Muhammad wa ^ala ‘Azwaji Muhammad Wa ^ala Dhuriyyati Muhammadin wa sallim tasliman kathira Meaning of Takbirat of ^Eid: Allah is Great, Allah is Great, Allah is Great. No one is God except Allah; Allah is Great, Allah is Great, Allah is Great; Praise be to Allah; Allah is Great. A lot of praise to Allah (is due); Praise be to Allah in the morning and in the evening. No one is God but Allah; He fulfilled His promise and gave victory to His slave. He strengthened His soldiers, He alone defeated the Ahzab. No one is God except Allah. We do not worship anyone but Him; Our worship is dedicated only to Him, Even if the blasphemers hate it. We ask Allah to raise the rank of our Master Muhammad, and the Al of Muhammad, and the Companions of Muhammad, and the supporters of Muhammad, and the wives of Muhammad, and the descendants of Muhammad and save the nation of Muhammad.
