Cancer survivors share experiences at morning tea
CANCER survivors who were hosted to a morning tea organised by Fulton Hogan Hiways have emphasised the importance of eating the right diet.The three survivors, including an employee of FHH, shared their experiences yesterday at the company’s depot in Savusavu. Krishneel Prasad, 25, who suffers from teligent osteocarcoma cancer (cancer of the bone) and lost a limb to the disease, said it was also important to have regular medical checks.He encouraged friends and guests at the depot to seek medical help if they felt any abnormality in their bodies.
