Ideas to Cure Your Selfisolat­ion Boredom

Self-isolation has left us all at home, wondering what to do with all our spare time. So, here are 5 ideas you can use to spend your time.

1. In the kitchen. /earning how to bake ake or cook won’t only add another skill to your belt, but it’s fun to do with family and you get to eat what you make. Some basic things to bake could include cookies, brownies or muffins. And if you’re looking for something a bit more savoury, try making pasta (like macaroni and cheese) or pizza.

2. Get Get out the arts and crafts supplies. (veryone loves getting a little messy with paint and it’s a good way to occupy your time. Whether you’re making something to pass the time or to give to someone or hang up, it’s a great way to relax and have fun.

3. During self-isolation, we’re cut off from our friends. But that’s doesn’t mean we can’t still have fun with them. Using facetime, skype, houseparty or whatever app you want, connect with your friends or loved ones and play some games games. Some popular ones include, Never Have I (ver, Whisper Challenge, Truth or Dare, Would ou Rather, Charades, Guess the Song and so many more fun ones.

4. Break out your board games. ou’re sure to have the classics like Monopoly and Game of /ife. And if that’s not your cup of tea, try cards. Some good card games include, Rummy, Old Maid, Spoons, Cheat and many more.

5. We all have our favourite tv show or movie so why not re-watch them! Maybe try some new ones or have a marathon of all your favourite ones. Some good movies to have a marathon with include the Marvel series, The /ord of the Rings The Hobbit, Harry Potter, Madagascar, Star Wars, Spiderman and many more.
