Every season has perks that make it special, but there is somethin thing about summer tha that puts it in a league all its own. Yes, I am say saying summer is better than winter and I hav have got the points to pro prove it (beyond just the he fact that summer isn’t cold).

No other season brings people together like summer, and that’s reason alone for putting it at the top of the list. Summer also gets people outside, and with the amount of time we spend at our desks or on our couch, that’s something we all could use more of in our lives. Maybe we can credit the weather, but I think it’s so much more than that. There’s a sort of magic associated with summer that you u simply cannot deny. deny

Whether you like going to the beach or having a cookout in the backyard there is always something to do during these amazing months. Plus, you’re more active during summer, which is always good for your health. In reality though, it’s the good vibes that are the healthiest part of it all.

1) Vitamin D

Since you’ll be spending more time outside during summer, then you’re going to get more vitamin D than you would during winter. This is great, because a majority of us are deficient in vitamin D, which is an important vitamin that supports everything from your body’s ability to absorb calcium, to muscle movement, to your immune system

2) Fresh Fruits

While we love winter produce too, so many amazing fruits are in season during summer, and they are all so refreshing to eat. eat From Fro cherries to peaches to watermelon, there isn’t shortage of juicy fruit to shop when those warm months roll around. They’re really like summer’s candy, and I just can’t get enough.

3) Outdoor time

Speaking of getting sunshine, summer is better than winter for the simple fact that you can spend more time outdoors. We’re all for cozy time on the couch, but there’s no denying that time spent outdoors is so important, and essential.

Take advantage of the warm summer months to get fresh air, whether that means eating dinner outside, going for a walk, or going to the beach. When you have a beach day, make sure you have a great beach towel to go along with it. Dont forget to practise social distancing and wear your mask! 4) Longer days

Summer means longer days. The sun sets later than usual :) So make use of the extra day light hours to your work, play outside and enjoy your time. Take advantage of the extra day light hours to be outside, while practicing social distancing and enjoy yourself doing gardening, outside activities, exercise and much more!
