● Spring Gospel Concert – St. Andrew’s Presbyteri­an Church, Westville, 6 p.m. Featuring Pictou County Brass and Reed Band, Don Haggard, Robyn Alcorn, Ray Stewart, Floyd Rudolph, Sam Graham, Vocal Chords Quartet, Stellarton Male Chorus, Pictou United Choir and Green Hill/Alma United Choir. Free will offering. Lunch to follow.

● Prayer Seminar Weekend

– New Glasgow Seventh-day Adventist Church presented by Nicole & Mike Thorsteins­on. First session Friday at 6:30. Saturday messages at 9:45 a.m., 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Lunch provided at 12:15 p.m. Saturday.

April 10-13

● 20 Minutes at the Foot of the Cross – Four noontime devotions during Holy Week, First Baptist Church, New Glasgow, 12:15-12:35 p.m. The speakers will be: (10th) Rev. Dr. Moses Adekola, (11th) Rev. Dr. Joon Ki Kim, (12th) Rev. Darlene Jewers, and (13th) Rev. John Dunnett. Everyone is invited.

April 14

● Drama Ministry – First Baptist Church (East River Road, New Glasgow) will present its fifth annual Good Friday Drama with Music, “Believe,” at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Everyone is invited. No charge.

April 22

● Celebrate Earth Day – Night of Music including renowned Pictou County performers at First United Church, High St., Trenton, starting at 7 p.m., followed by light lunch and fellowship. Freewill offering at door.
