Other agenda items include updates on our community inclusive and accessible social & recreation activities and plans for upcoming annual meeting. All welcome.

April 22

– East River Valley Recreation annual drive 9 a.m.-12. Drop off at the bottle barn (2612 East River East Side Rd) or Recreation Field. You can also leave them outside your house marked for ERV Recreation if you will not be home.

– 7:30 p.m. at West Branch Community Hall. Music by The MacKinnons plus Marilyn, Alvin and Aldie; Roger Simms, calling. Lunch served, shared sweets. Admission $7.

– Laugh for health and happiness. Everyone welcome and it’s free. New Glasgow Library - 1:30 -2:30 p.m.

– Night of Music including renowned Pictou County performers at First United Church, High St., Trenton, starting at 7 p.m., followed by light lunch and fellowship. Freewill offering at door.

– 7 p.m. at the Pictou Legion. Local goods available for auction. Money raised goes to Pictou County 4-H programmin­g and constructi­on of a new barn. Tea, coffee and dessert, $5 admission at the door.
