Special Guest – Tim MacEachern, from Teachers Plus Credit Union, Halifax will offer a presentati­on at 10 a.m., at the Westville Salvation Army, (across from Tim Horton’s) in which he discusses the importance of a financial plan in retirement. Topics included are “rightsizin­g” or “downsizing” your home, when to draw on RRSPs, your CPP and OAS pensions. Feel free to bring your partner or friends.
