● Mixed Dart League – Westville legion, 7:30 p.m. Admission, $20 per person to join for the year. Everyone welcome.

● Toddle Time – Pictou library, 10:30 a.m., for 15 months to 3 years. Youth programs 3-5 p.m.

January 20

Cape Breton Style Square Dance – Plymouth Community Centre – come to listen or to dance, all welcome! Music by Heather Cameron, Lorna Kennedy, and Fhinn Timmons. Beginners lesson at 6:30 p.m. led by Irene Endicott, Dance begins at 7. $5 or by donation.

● Country and Gospel Concert – Salvation Army in Westville 7 p.m. Allen O’Brien and his group “Hannah and the Boys,” a well-known and popular Pictou Country group of musicians who have brought much enjoyment to their many fans. Admission $5 at the door. Refreshmen­ts to follow.

● Puppet Show –10:30 a.m. at Pictou library.
