Wednesdays
• Men’s Darts, Crib – Stellarton Legion 7:30 p.m., everyone welcome.
• Music Circle Jam – West Branch Community Hall, 7-10 p.m. Admission for players is free, listeners free will, $2.50 suggested. Light refreshments. Proceeds to Community Hall.
• Jam Sessions – Durham Community Hall at 7 p.m. Shared lunch. Silver collection greatly appreciated.
• Temporary Shelter – First Baptist Church on East River Road in New Glasgow. Opens at 10 p.m. for people who are homeless. Volunteers to assist are asked to contact Ellen Margeson at 902-923-2307 or by emailing ellemarge@seasidehighspeed.com.

• NFB Film Club – Finding Dawn, Pictou library 1 p.m., about the deep historical, social and economic factors that contribute to the epidemic of violence against Indigenous women.
• Pictou County Mental Illness Family Support Group – Meeting in Room B-120 at NSCC, 39 Acadia Ave. Stellarton, 7-9 p.m. Erik Nielsen, Probation Officer with the Nova Scotia Department of Justice will join the group. Everyone is welcome.
