A bag with magic to help you along

- Kathy Golemiec

So how was your week? Mine wasn’t too bad — the little flower buds are coming up.

Dad and Janet and Betty Carol were with me at the flea market. The market was awful, I didn’t even make enough to pay the tables.

I met one of readers who has been following my column almost since I started, over four years ago. It was so nice to meet her.

Vicky and I went to the library to watch a movie. It’s national cinema week or month. Then we came back to my place and watched more of the movie we were watching.

My back was paining all day so I got out my Magic Bag, which is filled with wheat, and it took the pain out. Just put it in the microwave

for two minutes and it’s good for a about half-an-hour or more. If you don’t have one you can get them at the flea market for a few dollars (about $5) and you would not believe how it takes the pain away.

I hope you’re getting up and getting your legs moving, even if you just walk around the coffee table, it really helps get your legs strength. Weight-wise: down 10 pounds, woohoo.

When you’re driving watch out for the children. They will be so happy the snow is gone, they will be playing chase and skipping.

Happy birthday to Dave – my granddaughter Emma is making the cake.

The VON was just in – a very nice lady – and my blood pressure is very low. I have to drink more water and eat something with salt. Wherever the salt goes in your body the water follows it and it will get your pressure up a bit. So drink water, tea, soup, it will sure help you feel better.

Have a good weekend… and everyone is sweeping the flies up.
